11300 TPO Laminating Adhesive
Ruscoe’s 11300 TPO Laminating Adhesive is an adhesive used to thermally laminate Thermoplastic Polyolefins to substrates such as metal, glass, and wood.
Ruscoe’s 11300 TPO Laminating Adhesive is formulated for use in roll coaters or can be applied using a brush or roller. The adhesive can be diluted using mineral spirits or toluene, allowing the viscosity to be adjusted to fit the end use application.
Bonding surfaces must be free of moisture, oils, dirt and other contaminates. Adhesive will bond very well to a clean, bare metal surface, but preparing the surface with one of these methods will improve the consistency and overall strength of the bond.
The minimum lamination temperature is 375°F (190°C).
11300 TPO Laminating Adhesive should be stored below 100°F in tightly sealed containers. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored according to instructions.
