Ruscoe’s 11292 Vinyl Laminating Adhesive is an adhesive used to thermally laminate vinyl to aluminum, steel, galvanized steel and various plastics.
Ruscoe’s 11292 Vinyl Laminating Adhesive is formulated for use in roll coaters or can be applied using a brush or roller. The adhesive can be diluted using Methyl Ethyl Ketone, allowing the viscosity to be adjusted to fit the end use application.
Bonding surfaces must be free of moisture, oils, dirt and other contaminates. Adhesive will bond very well to a clean, bare metal surface, but preparing the surface with one of these methods will improve the consistency and overall strength of the bond.
The minimum lamination temperature is 375ᵒF (190ᵒC).
11292 Vinyl Laminating Adhesive should be stored below 100ᵒF in tightly sealed containers. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored according to instructions.
